Signing in, and if the email doesn't arrive

PropPassCheck has no passwords. To sign in:

1. Type your email in Your account on the builder and press Email me a sign-in link.
2. Open the email from PropPassCheck and press Sign in to PropPassCheck.
3. On the page that opens, press Sign in. You're signed in on that device for 30 days.

Your account is made the first time you sign in.

The email hasn't arrived

• Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder and any "Promotions" or "Updates" tab.
• Check the address you typed.
• You can ask for up to three links in 15 minutes. After that, wait a little and try again.
• Work email systems sometimes hold messages for a few minutes, or block them. Try a personal address.

"This sign-in link has expired or was already used"

Each link works once and for 20 minutes. Ask for a new one. If you opened the link on your phone but want to sign in on your computer, ask for the link on the computer and open the email there.

Signing out

Press Sign out in Your account. Signing out on one device doesn't sign out the others.
